I’d do this again in a heart beat.. arrived in Phuket and we had to deplane using stairs and then a bus to the terminal. The representative was waiting for me as we entered the terminal (placard with my name) and while all the other passengers raced for the immigration lines that looked to be about 50+ deep before our plane arrive, the representative and I calmly walked to an open immigration counter, passport stamped then walk me right past the luggage scan to meet my driver. She even stayed with me until the driver was located - the Phuket arrival terminal can be a bit crazy, but the service smoothed out an otherwise hectic experience… See you next trip.

Really good and friendly service. Although fast track was recommended to us, we felt that we waited so long for our luggage to come through, we may as well waited in the queues at customs. Other people queued at customs and still waited for their luggage with us. So, we feel we paid for a service, but wasn't really needed.

This was worth the extra cost, travelling with a 1.5 year old.
They were waiting near our gate. Took control of all our bags from the airplane. Guided us through customs. Helped us collect our bigger bags and helped guide us to our driver that we had organised. Highly recommended if travelling with a family. Saved lining up in queues that we could see.

Had the best stay at Simple and Magical Villas in Seminyak, Bali. The villa was very clean and so relaxing. Our villa was cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially to any requests that we had.
I would totally recommend this villa for your next stay and we will definitely be staying there again.
