In the event of adverse weather, safety concerns, or force majeure resulting in train cancellation, please go to Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center in Shinjuku West or Odawara Station to request ticket cancellation, please note that only the cost of the unused portion will be refunded E-vouchers and redeemed vouchers that have expired are considered invalid, and refunds cannot be made after the travel pass has been redeemed If you need to change the ticket redemption date after ordering, please contact KKday customer service as soon as possible This travel pass is for personal use only, please be sure to bring valid identification such as a passport, for staff inspection If you get on and off the bus outside the designated area or pass through the station, you must pay an additional fare — What You Can Expect —The Fuji Hakone 3-Day Pass, also known as the Fuji Hakone Travel Pass, is a special discount transportation ticket for foreign tourists. The ticket is valid for 3 days and covers the popular Fuji Hakone area. During the validity period, you can take a one-way ride between Shinjuku Station-Shin-Matsuda Station, unlimited rides between Shin-Matsuda Station and Odawara Station on the Odakyu Line or designated public transportation in the Fuji-Hakone area. When using limited express trains such as Romancecar, limited express buses (Gotenba-Kawaguchiko Line), and Fuji Tozan Tram, additional fees are required. There is no limit to the number of rides in the designated area, and you can take it freely; if you take a bus or travel outside of the designated area, you need to pay an additional fee to buy a ticket. Regular sightseeing buses, Izu-Hakone buses, and highway buses (Chuo Expressway) are not available The Odakyu Expressway Bus will give priority to passengers with reserved seat tickets. If the bus is full, you will not be able to board. Please be informed.
