What to Expect

This vertical experience field, about 300 meters above the ground, cleverly combines physical space with virtual reality technology to provide a multi-level immersive experience for urban explorers who are pursuing sensory breakthroughs.

The facility uses a dynamic adaptation system. After the experiencer wears the lightweight VR device, it will be fixed to the edge of the transparent viewing platform by a professional safety device. At the moment of startup, the real scene in front of you will generate a virtual scene in real time according to the device parameters - it may switch to a canyon surrounded by volcanic lava, or a neon matrix of a future city. When the body leans forward to trigger the falling mechanism, the physical sense of weightlessness and the visual scene are precisely synchronized, forming a three-dimensional experience of multi-sensory coordination.

The core experience is divided into three stages: the first 30 seconds is the VR scene adaptation period, and the system adjusts the dynamic details of the virtual environment according to the real-time wind speed; then enters the free fall stage of about 5 seconds, and the safety rope adopts a progressive buffer design; the final recovery process is accompanied by a gradual change of the scene, gradually transitioning back to the physical viewing platform. The supporting image recording system can generate an experience report containing biological data (heart rate, reaction speed), providing participants with a unique digital memorial. The project specially sets up a special dusk time period. When the virtual scene is superimposed with the real scene of the sunset in Osaka Bay, the special rendering effect of the light and shadow algorithm can be observed.

There is a decompression interactive area near the viewing floor, which provides a VR scene preview device based on somatosensory feedback. This project provides a new example of technology integration for urban high-altitude entertainment and redefines the possibility of urban sightseeing.
