Kansai-Hokuriku Area Pass 7 Day:
※"Available Area/ Train Services" adjustment details on March 16, 2024：
Hokuriku Shinkansen operation area changed from "Kanazawa - Joetsumyoko" to "Tsuruga - Joetsumyoko"　　※It is not possible to ride on the conventional line between Tsuruga and Kanazawa.
"Hapi-Line Fukui,'' has been added to the boarding area (only available when boarding the JR Etsumihoku Line from Fukui Station)
Seating on all cars on THUNDERBIRD, SHIRASAGI, SUPER HAKUTO, and SUPER INABA Limited Express trains will be reserved seating only from March 16, 2024. Ensure to reserve a seat before boarding the train.
West Japan JR Bus service between Sonobe and Fukuchiyama and Chugoku JR Bus Hikari line will end on March 31, 2024.
※Notes for customers who purchased before 2024/3/15 and plan to exchange after 2024/3/16 (no additional fees required)：
"Available Area/ Train Services" are equivalent to tickets(EMCO) on sale on 3/16
Reserved seat tickets can be exchanged for unlimited times.

Travelers must be12 years old or aboveat the time the exchange voucher is issued or when purchasing the rail pass
Must hold apassport issued by a government other than Japan
Must enter Japan under the residence statusTemporary Visitor, as defined by Japanese Immigration Law
Travelers who do not meet the eligibility requirements may becharged an additional fee for unauthorized use
Please confirm your residence status before purchase
The exchange voucher is valid for90 days from the purchase date
The rail pass is valid for7 consecutive daysafter activation
A confirmation email with aQR code e-ticketwill be sent after booking
Physical tickets must be redeemed atgreen ticket-vending machinesusing:QR code e-ticket
Non-Japanese passport with IC chip
Ticket-vending machines supportJapanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean
If the machine is unavailable or the passport does not have an IC chip, redemption can be completed at aJR-WEST Ticket Office
Reserved seat tickets must be redeemed separately at green ticket-vending machines before boarding
Refund is allowedif the pass has not been redeemed or used within the validity period
No refund will be provided once the pass is partially or fully used
