All routes must be booked at least 10 days in advance. Unbooked routes or stops will not operate on the day.- Due to external factors such as traffic and weather, the bus may be delayed. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for airport check-in procedures.· If flights are delayed due to weather conditions, the bus departure time may be changed temporarily.· Changes are not allowed after booking. If you need to make changes, please cancel and place a new order.- Passengers traveling to or from the airport should allow sufficient time to book bus services according to their flight schedule.· Depending on the number of passengers, the vehicle type may change, usually to a bus, medium bus, or minibus.· If passengers have not arrived at the meeting point by the departure time, the bus will depart directly without refunding the fare.- Buses may be delayed or temporarily canceled due to road conditions or weather.- If highways are closed due to road conditions or weather, the bus may stop at the nearest JR station and guide passengers to choose alternative transportation (passengers will bear the cost).We are not responsible if you miss your boarding time due to road conditions, weather, or other reasons. Please allow sufficient time for your trip.Do not board the vehicle while wearing ski equipment such as skis or ski boots.· If a facility is closed, the bus will not stop at that station on that day. We appreciate your understanding.Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of baggage on board. Additional baggage may not be accepted for check-in. We appreciate your understanding.Luggage may experience impacts during transit in the checked compartment. To prevent damage, please use specialized packaging and pack items like ski equipment yourself.· Shuttle buses departing from various airports may adjust their bus departure times as a temporary measure if flights are delayed or canceled due to weather or other circumstances.Additionally, if you are unable to take the shuttle on the same day due to flight delays or seat availability on subsequent flights, you may be arranged to take a shuttle on the next day or later, or be provided with other transportation methods (the resulting costs will be borne by the passenger). Please be aware of this in advance.
