All routes must be booked at least 10 days in advance. Unbooked routes or stops will not operate on the day.
Due to external factors such as traffic and weather, the bus may be delayed. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for airport check-in procedures.
If flights are delayed due to weather conditions, the bus departure time may be changed temporarily.
Changes are not allowed after booking. If you need to make changes, please cancel and place a new order.
Passengers traveling to or from the airport should allow sufficient time to book bus departure time slots according to their flight schedule.
Depending on the number of reservations, the vehicle type may change, usually to a bus, medium-sized bus, or minibus. Due to reasons from the bus company, it may be changed to a large taxi or small taxi.
If passengers have not arrived at the meeting point by the departure time, the bus will depart directly without refunding the fare.
Buses may be delayed or temporarily canceled due to road conditions or weather.
If highways are closed due to road conditions or weather, the bus may stop at the nearest JR station and guide passengers to choose alternative transportation (passengers will bear the cost).
We are not responsible if you miss your boarding time due to road conditions, weather, or other reasons. Please allow sufficient time for your trip.
Do not board the vehicle while wearing ski equipment such as skis or ski boots.
If a facility is closed, the bus will not stop at that station on that day. We appreciate your understanding.
Each passenger is allowed to bring one piece of baggage on board. Additional baggage may not be accepted for check-in. We appreciate your understanding.
Luggage may shift during transit in the cargo compartment. To prevent damage, please use specialized packaging for equipment like skis and pack them securely. During bus loading/unloading or while in motion, luggage may be damaged or broken in the cargo hold. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For airport shuttle buses, departure times may be adjusted as a temporary measure in case of flight delays or cancellations due to weather conditions. Additionally, if unable to board the same day due to flight delays or subsequent flight availability, passengers may be rescheduled for the next day or later shuttle, or provided alternative transportation (at passenger's expense). Please be advised in advance.
When arranging your flight and bus connection times, please reserve the following time in principle:Flight bus
Domestic flights: generally 45 min or more for regular routes (※40 min), 45 min or more to Tomamu, 45 min or more to Furano
International flights: generally 90 min or more for regular routes, 90 min or more to Tomamu, 90 min or more to Furano*The above are reference transfer times for the Asahikawa Airport Line.Bus Flight
Domestic flights: generally 50 min or more for regular routes, 45 min or more to Tomamu, 45 min or more to Furano
International flights: General routes 90 mins or more, to Tomamu 90 mins or more, to Furano 120 mins or more, and in some cases 150 mins or more.
