Terms and conditions
Passengers may bring carry-on baggage within 250 cm and up to 2 meters in length and 2 pieces of luggage weighing within 30 kg (excluding umbrellas, crutches, carry-on luggage, backpacks, etc.)
The validity term of the pass cannot be extended once it has been used for reasons such as train suspension or service delays
Please note that the train may be delayed or stopped due to weather conditions
Refund Policy: Any e-tickets that have not been exchanged for an official pass can be refunded. However, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. If stolen, lost or partially used, no refund or replacement will be issued

If your passport lacks an IC chip or does not work at the ticket vending machine, please visit the ticket office for a manual exchange
