Kansai San'in Pass 7 Days:
After the reservation is successful, the platform will automatically send a reservation success email to the email address reserved by the booking guest.
Please present the received verification code or QR code and the non-Japanese passport of the person making the reservation, and redeem the physical ticket at the designated station ticket machine (see the picture below).
Ticket machines at the station are available in five languages ​​(Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English and Korean).

Notice of redemption of reserved seating for JR-West Rail Pass
1. Different passes can be redeemed for different number of times of reserved seating ticket. Please check the product page for details.
2. Please check each product page for achievable trains for reserved seating.
3. The reserved seating for passes must be redeemed separately (make a reservation at the green machine or window).
4. The pass can be used to take non-reserved seating directly when the number of times of reserved seating is run out or if there is no prior redemption of reserved seating ticket.
5. Unlimited rides of reserved seating tickets can be redeemed, it requires manual reservation at the green window when using for the seventh time and above, and the machine is not able to redeem directly.

6, Refunds Reissues
No refunds or reissues for the viewing passport.
7, Admission Restrictions
Admission to "The Forest Festival of The Arts Okayama" may be restricted under the following circumstances:
If natural disasters such as earthquakes or typhoons cause or are predicted to cause damage to the art installations.
If visitor safety at the venue needs to be ensured (temporarily).
Any other cases deemed necessary by the executive committee office.

Ticket valid for 90 days after purchase

Hold a residence status equivalent to 'short-term stay.'
'Short-term stay' is a status of residence stipulated by the Immigration Control Law of Japan.
