Once you exchange the e-voucher for the pass, changes (e.g., dates) cannot be accommodated. Please consider this before making your booking
If you need to cancel before exchanging the ticket, please contact KKday customer service for a refund
Remember, a rail pass is strictly for the pass holder's use. When using the pass, present the passport you used to collect/purchase the pass
Keep the pass in a safe and secure place as it will not be reissued, even if lost or stolen
The conditions of use for the rail pass are determined by JR-WEST's carriage conditions and Japanese laws
In case of any discrepancies between the foreign language and Japanese versions of the carriage conditions, the Japanese version takes precedence
Each adult or child ticket holder can bring up to two children aged 1–5 free of charge
