[Exchange Process] Go to the designated station with the received physical redemption voucher and the passport containing the short-term Visa to redeem the physical voucher for use. The physical voucher is valid for 90 days after the order is placed. The pass is valid for seven consecutive days starting from the date of activation. Only non-Japanese tourists visiting Japan with a short-term stay visa (such as tourist visa, official visa, or multiple-entry tourist visa) are eligible to purchase and use this pass. Holders of long-term visas (such as study, work, or residence visas) are not eligible to purchase or use the pass. Each pass allows up to two accompanying children aged 15 years to travel for free. The same passenger is not permitted to purchase or redeem multiple identical passes within the same validity period. The physical exchange voucher must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of purchase. Redemption can be made at designated JR West stations by presenting both the exchange voucher and the passport with a valid short-term stay visa Once activated, the pass cannot be refunded, reissued, or extended under any circumstances, including loss or theft. The pass is valid only for Ordinary Cars (Standard Class) on applicable JR lines and Shinkansen routes within the Sanyo, Sanin, and Kitakyushu area.
