Booking Guidelines:The name, country of residence, and passport numbers entered when booking must be an exact match to the passports used when boardingYou must book your JR Pass before traveling to or entering JapanIt is recommended to book the JR Pass at least 14 days before you intend to travel to Japan. The date selected above on the calendar is not the date of activation, but the date you intend to leave to JapanOnce purchased, you will receive an Exchange Order. You will receive one Exchange Order per personYou have 90 days - from the purchase date - to swap the Exchange Order for the actual physical JR Pass in Japan at an Official Exchange Office. Once exchanged in Japan, you have 30 days to activate your JR Pass and start travelling on the trainsPass eligibility:When three or more babies accompany one adult or child, child tickets are required for the third and any additional babies When a baby or infant occupies his or her own reserved seat, Green Car seat, berth, etc., tickets are requiredValid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa stamp on the passport. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use this productThe rail pass is available only for foreign visitors who enter Japan with a non Japanese passport under the entry status of “Temporary VisitorWhen you exchange or purchase a rail pass at the designated station in Japan, you need to show your passport with a “Temporary Visitor†stamp/sticker (or the “registered user card†of the Trusted Traveler Program that the “Temporary Visitor†is printed)According to the Japanese Immigration Law, you are allowed to stay in Japan for 15 days or 90 days under the entry status of "Temporary Visitor" with the purpose of sightseeing, etc. If you apply for a stay with the purpose of sightseeing etc., when entering Japan, an immigration officer will put a "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker on your passport. Only visitors with this stamp/sticker (or visitors who have the "Temporary Visitor" printed on a "registered user card" of the Trusted Traveler Program) can use the rail passYou cannot purchase a rail pass if you enter Japan under the entry status other than “Temporary Visitor†such as “Trainingâ€, “Entertainerâ€, or “Re-entry†etc.The entry status of “Temporary Visitor†includes sightseeing, recreation, sports, visiting relatives, inspection tours, attending lectures or meetings, business liaison, or other similar activitiesIf you use an automated gate, the “Temporary Visitor†stamp/sticker will not be put on your passport. Please use a manned automated gate or ask an immigration officer how you can get the stamp or the sticker.

Cancellation notes
No Cancellation and Non-refundable
No refunds will be provided for cases of local schedule change, suspended services, and stolen, damaged, or lost Exchange Orders
No compensations will be given for expenses incurred due to accommodation, meals, and transportation
JR Pass Exchange Orders may be refunded within 30 days after booking as long as The Exchange Order has not been exchanged for a JR Pass, stolen or lost
Refunds are for unused Exchange Orders only. For redeemed JR Passes, contact the local JR offices instead
70% refund will be given for cancellations, after we receive the physical MCO at the Globaltix Office
If you have already received your exchange order, please return the physical exchange order when requesting a cancellation. Otherwise, no cancellation allowed
