Booking Guidelines:The name and country of residence entered when booking must be an exact match to the passports used when boarding. You must book your Jr Hiroshima-Yamaguchi before traveling to or entering Japan. It is recommended to book the JR Pass at least 2 weeks before your trip to Japan. The date selected on the calendar is not the date of activation, but the date you intend to leave for Japan.Once purchased, you will receive an Exchange Order. You will receive one Exchange Order per person. • Exchange physical vouchers (not e-tickets)You have 90 days from the Exchange Order’s issuance date to swap the Exchange Order for the actual, physical Jr Hiroshima-Yamaguchi in Japan at an Official Exchange Office. Once exchanged in Japan, you have 30 days to activate your JR Pass and start travelling on the trains.If you book for over 90 days in advance, the booking will not instantly confirm. You will receive your Exchange Order within 90 days before your planned visit date to Japan.Pass Eligibility: Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa stamp on the passport. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use this product. Secure a Temporary Visitor Stamp at immigration to be eligible for a JR Pass. Do not pass through the automated gates, as no stamp will be applied.Japanese passport holders who have been residing outside of Japan for 10+ years are eligible to use a JR West if they have 1) a valid Japanese passport and 2) a Copy of Overseas Residential Registration/Certificate of Overseas Residence from the Japanese embassy or legation of Japan in your foreign country of residenceVisit the official website for more information about JR West eligibility

Cancellation notes
No Cancellation and Non-refundable
No refunds will be provided for cases of local schedule change, suspended services, and stolen, damaged, or lost Exchange Orders
JR Pass Exchange Orders may be refunded within 30 days after booking as long as The Exchange Order has not been exchanged for a JR Pass, stolen or lost
If you have already received your exchange order, please return the physical exchange order when requesting a cancellation. Otherwise, no cancellation allowed
No compensations will be given for expenses incurred due to accommodation, meals, and transportation
70% refund will be given for cancellations, after we receive the physical MCO at the Globaltix Office
Refunds are for unused Exchange Orders only. For redeemed JR Passes, contact the local JR offices instead

Terms and conditions
You must present your Exchange Order with your passport at any of the located in airports and main train stations. A confirmation email and Globaltix voucher cannot be used to redeem JR Passes
You can only redeem your own JR Pass. You cannot redeem Exchange Orders named under another person
Exchange Orders are valid only for 90 days from the issued date. Please redeem within 90 days from the issued date
Important: You must select an activation date during redemption. The activation date must be within 30 days from redemption. Once activated, the JR Pass is valid only for 5 consecutive days within one month. To board a train, show it to the staff at the ticket gate
Seat Reservation Process: Reservations can be made at the ticket office through rail staff and Seat reservations are only available after you have redeemed your JR Pass
Children policy: 6-11 years old
Children under 6 years old can enter with a JR Pass for free
