Booking Guideline:The name and country of residence entered when booking must be an exact match to the passports used when boarding.You must book your Jr Okayama-Hiroshima-Yamaguchi before traveling to or entering Japan.It is recommended to book the JR Pass at least 2 weeks before your trip to Japan. The date selected on the calendar is not the date of activation, but the date you intend to leave for Japan.Once purchased, you will receive an Exchange Order. You will receive one Exchange Order per person.Exchange physical vouchers (not e-tickets)You have 90 days from the Exchange Order’s issuance date to swap the Exchange Order for the actual, physical Jr Okayama-Hiroshima-Yamaguchi in Japan at an Official Exchange Office. Once exchanged in Japan, you have 30 days to activate your JR Pass and start travelling on the trains.If you book for over 90 days in advance, the booking will not instantly confirm. You will receive your Exchange Order within 90 days before your planned visit date to Japan.Pass Eligibility:Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" Visa stamp on the passport. Non-Japanese passport holders with a permanent residence in Japan cannot use this product. Secure a Temporary Visitor Stamp at immigration to be eligible for a JR Pass. Do not pass through the automated gates, as no stamp will be applied.Japanese passport holders who have been residing outside of Japan for 10+ years are eligible to use a Jr Okayama-Hiroshima-Yamaguchi if they have 1) a valid Japanese passport and 2) a Copy of Overseas Residential Registration/Certificate of Overseas Residence from the Japanese embassy or legation of Japan in your foreign country of residence.Visit the official website for more information about Jr Okayama-Hiroshima-Yamaguchi eligibility.

Cancellation notes
No Cancellation and Non-refundable
Refunds are for unused Exchange Orders only. For redeemed JR Passes, contact the local JR offices instead
No compensations will be given for expenses incurred due to accommodation, meals, and transportation
JR Pass Exchange Orders may be refunded within 30 days after booking as long as The Exchange Order has not been exchanged for a JR Pass, stolen or lost
No refunds will be provided for cases of local schedule change, suspended services, and stolen, damaged, or lost Exchange Orders
70% refund will be given for cancellations, after we receive the physical MCO at the Globaltix Office
If you have already received your exchange order, please return the physical exchange order when requesting a cancellation. Otherwise, no cancellation allowed

This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders.
Children under 12 months old can travel free of charge
Up to two children (aged 1-5) may travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult rail pass holder given that they do not occupy a seat. A separate child rail pass is required from the third child onwards.
