Unazuki to Nekomata Round Trip Ticket for Sightseeing on Kurobe Gorge Railway

How to Use:Please present the QR code for scanning and exchange for a ticket at the ticket counter on the day of travel 30 minutes before departure.

Please exchange your ticket by scanning the QR code at the ticket counter 30 minutes prior to your desired departure time.
Due to the effect of the Noto earthquake (falling rocks and damaged bridges), only Unazuki to Nekomata Station shuttle train is available. Train to Keyakidaira Station is unavailable for now.
If you want to ride in a first-class car, you must purchase a first-class ticket for each ride.
Selene Art Museum Admission Ticket+ In-House Caf (Coffee + Mini Dessert)
After successful booking, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registered email address of the booker.
How to Use: Please present the QR code voucher at the museum reception to receive your admission ticket to the museum and a voucher for the caf. You can use the voucher by presenting the "caf voucher" at the caf.

WEB tickets purchased through the internet or travel agencies cannot be refunded at the reception; please contact the place of purchase for inquiries.
Refunds will not be issued because of natural disasters, earthquakes, or other incidents leading to train delays or facility closures.
Refunds are also not possible if the product is sold out or cannot be provided.
Vouchers and WEB tickets cannot be reissued if lost or stolen.
Substitutions for other meals are not allowed.

Please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up your physical ticket by scanning the QR code of the e-ticket and non-Japanese passport. (The operationmenus of the machine can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.)

If the machine breaks down or the passport has no IC chip, please proceed to the JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange the physical ticket.
Then, the physical pass is successfully redeemed.
Exchanging reserved seat tickets: before getting on the train, please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical reserved seat tickets by the area pass.
