Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass 5 Day:
Change in the reserved seating frequency from "6 times" to "unlimited."
A confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made.
Please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical ticket by scanning QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passport. (Operation menus of machine can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.)

If the machine breaks down or the passport have no IC chip, please proceed to JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange physical ticket.
Then, the physical pass is successfully redeemed.
Exchanging reserved seat tickets: before getting on the train, please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical reserved seat tickets by the area pass.

Hiroshima Setouchi Coastline 1-day Pass:
After the reservation is successful, the system will automatically send a text message(including the QR code e-ticket download link) to the mailbox that you have reserved.
Please show the QR code of the ticket at the designated exchange place or redeem the physical ticket for use.
Exchanged place: On the day of the visit, please present the QR code and scan it.
