Open the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone, tablet or other mobile device and select the network (SSID) kumamoto-free- Wi-Fi .2. Launch your browser.3. Register the user on the registration screen and you can connect to the network.· When you connect to the Internet for the second time, select the Wi-Fi network (SSID) kumamoto-free- Wi-Fi and you can use it without registration.* Available areas: Sakura-no-Babajo Saien, the General Tourist Information Center, the restroom on the south side of the Ninomaru parking lot, the Ninomaru ticket office, Uto Gyur, the castle tower square, the castle tower, and the area around the special viewing passage.[Remarks/Other]Please note that it may take a long time to enter the castle tower if there are many people.If it rains, the road surface will become slippery and it is easy to fall. Please wear non-slip shoes to ensure safety.The use of camera tripods, selfie sticks and other equipment is strictly prohibited when there are many people.Pets are only allowed outdoors (outside the castle tower) in the paid parks. Pets must be kept in a cage that cannot be seen at all times in the park (service dogs are allowed). When visiting other parks, please wear a leash.It is strictly prohibited to light a fire in Kumamoto Castle Park. There is no smoking area in the paid park. Visitors who wish to smoke are welcome to use the smoking area next to the "Fuxing Castle Lord Information Center" in Ninomaru or the smoking area in Josaien.Please do not eat or drink in the paid park. Only beverage bottles with lids are allowed.Visitors who need wheelchairs (including electric wheelchairs) can rent them free of charge in the park (must be accompanied by someone. We will not provide them in case of rain).You can bring infant strollers into the park and use them.There are no coin-operated lockers for large luggage in the Shuen Garden (including the castle tower). It is strictly forbidden to bring wheeled suitcases into the castle tower. If you wish to store your luggage, please use the coin-operated lockers in front of the Ninomaru "Rest Area" or the coin-operated lockers in front of the Josaien Tourist Information Center.
