Only [Handbook for the Physically and Mentally Disabled] [Handbook for Rehabilitation] [Handbook for War Injuries] [Health Account for the Exploded] [Health and Welfare Account for the Mentally Disabled] is limited to the holder himself and one of his companions to purchase the handicap ticket. Those who purchase discount tickets for the physically and mentally handicapped must present the above documents at the entrance when entering the city.

Entrance for preschoolers is free
It is not possible to attend the event using membership cards for entrance to Nijo-jo Castle (benefits for Nijo-jo Castle Owners' Fundraising Campaign/Kyoto Citizen's Annual Passport).
Limits on the number of visitors are being enforced *If the limit on the number of visitors is exceeded, it may not be possible to enter the venue even with advance tickets. Furthermore, there is a possibility that a limit will be placed on the number of tickets available for sale at the venue on the day of entry.
Final entry to the venue for this event is 9:20pm. Depending on the length of the entrance queue, the final reception time for entry may be earlier than 9:20pm. In that case, please be aware that even visitors with advance tickets may not be able to enter.
Apart from situations where the event is suspended or canceled based on the decision of the organizers, it is not possible for tickets to be refunded or changed.
