Things to note when riding.※Non-reserved seats on ordinary and limited express trains between Sapporo and Furano on the JR Hokkaido Line※Non-reserved seats on special trains (limited express and local) on the JR Hokkaido Line between Sapporo and Furano※You cannot ride the Hokkaido Shinkansen Hayabusa and Hayate. You will need to purchase a separate basic ticket or limited express ticket to ride.※You cannot ride the "Donan ISARIBI Railway". You need to purchase a separate ticket to ride.※ Passengers who purchase this pass can bring one child (under 6 years old) for free. The second child and above will need to pay for a child ticket.※After the start of use, the validity period of this pass cannot be extended or refunded due to train delays or other reasons. In this case, we will not be responsible for additional expenses such as transportation and accommodation fees caused by changes in the itinerary.If you wish to take a reserved seat on a train, please be sure to exchange your pass for a reserved seat ticket at a station window or a reserved seat ticket machine before boarding. (Depending on the conditions of each train and section, the number of seats is limited, so there may be a situation where you cannot secure a reserved seat even if there are vacancies.) In addition, non-reserved seats are only available for bus.※When riding on some trains, you may need to pay additional fees.※This pass can only be used by people with non-Japanese passports. Please be sure to show the passports of all users when exchanging (copy of passport or residence card do not use).※ Travelers who do not meet the eligibility criteria cannot purchase the ticket.※If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will not be able to redeem your ticket, nor will you be compensated for other transportation during your stay in Japan.※When exchanging for the pass, the name on your passport (or the name of the representative if you are booking for multiple people) will be checked to see if it is the same as the name you entered when you applied. Please be sure to enter the correct romanization. If the names are not the same, you will not be able to exchange for the pass.※If lost (including stolen), the pass will not be reissued. The exchanged pass will be subject to the terms and conditions of Hokkaido Railway Company and Japanese laws.
