Narita International Airport Station (Terminal 1): Skyliner ticket machines or Skyliner Service Center (Skyliner Service Center operating hours: 7:00-21:00) Airport Terminal 2 Station (Terminals 2 3): Skyliner ticket machines or Skyliner Service Center (Skyliner Service Center operating hours: 7:00-21:00) Note: Redemption is not available at Keisei Ueno Station or Nippori Station redemption locations.
Please note:
When exchanging tickets, you can select the number of tickets you need to use at the moment. Exchange vouchers will be issued for the tickets you did not select, which can be exchanged for normal tickets when needed.
At Keisei-Ueno Station and Nippori Station, you can only exchange tickets to Narita Airport; at Narita Airport, you can only exchange tickets to Keisei-Ueno Station; you cannot exchange round-trip tickets at the same station.

Please exchange for your ticket and reserve a seat with your e-voucher at designated counters as travelers are not allowed to board just by their e-voucher (physical ticket required).
Tickets cannot be exchanged in advance and are only available for exchange on the day of use. After exchange, you will receive a physical ticket for the specified date and train.
At Keisei Ueno Station and Nippori Station, only tickets to Narita Airport can be exchanged; at Narita Airport, only tickets to Keisei Ueno Station can be exchanged. Round-trip tickets cannot be exchanged at the same location.
The real-name registration system applies to the ticket, please provide correct traveler data when booking, failure to do so may result in liabilities and losses on travelers' end
No refunds after redemption (except when the train is out of service)
If the train is out of service, Jingcheng Electric Railway will issue a stop certificate. Travelers may request refunds at ticketing counters with a stop certificate
