E-ticket
Unlimited rides on Osaka Metro (including Yumeshima Station) and all Osaka City Bus routes (excluding routes specified by Osaka City Bus regulations) within the validity period!
On the day of use, simply present your ticket to enjoy discounts at over 20 popular tourist attractions in Osaka City.
Valid Area:All 9 Osaka Metro lines (including Yumeshima Station).
This pass is not valid for Hankyu, Kita-Osaka Kyuko Railway, Kintetsu, or other company lines.
When traveling, if you exceed the valid service area, please inform the staff at the destination station and pay the additional fare.
When taking the subway, simply scan the QR code at the ticket gates that support QR codes to enter and exit the station.
Each ticket is valid for one person only. (Up to 4 people can use one smartphone)
If the train service is temporarily suspended, only tickets that have been activated and are within the validity period can be used for designated alternative transportation.
If the ticket cannot be displayed due to equipment malfunction, electronic device battery depletion, or unstable communication services, you will not be able to use this service. In such cases, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during periods when tickets cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
The use of tickets must comply with the terms and conditions, passenger regulations, and other relevant policies of each transportation company.
How to Use
Please make sure to tap the "Start Use" button after 3:00 AM on the day of the activity. If you tap the Start Use button between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, the ticket will become invalid at 3:00 AM on the same day. Please take note.

Terms of Use for Discounted Facilities
When using discount facilities, please show the ticket banner (image) on your ticket to the staff. If the ticket banner (image) cannot be displayed due to system errors or other reasons, the discount will not be available.
Please note that if the facility is closed or the ticket banner (image) cannot be displayed, you may not be eligible for the discount. In such cases, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
Notes for Purchasing Multiple Tickets
If you purchase multiple tickets at once, the system can only activate all tickets at the same time and they cannot be used separately. Please ensure all tickets are used for the same trip. If you need to use them on separate occasions, please purchase them separately.
Other
To prevent unauthorized use, when opening the e-ticket in a different environment from the one used during your first access, the system will require OTP (One-Time Password) verification. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
1. Please enter a valid email address that can receive messages, then press the send button.
2. Please check your email inbox for the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may have been classified as spam. If it is still not found in your spam folder, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
3. Enter the OTP code from your email on the e-ticket screen and click Confirm. If the code is correct, you will be directed to the e-ticket usage screen.
â»Please note: Once the OTP verification is completed, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please make sure to enter your own email address when verifying.
