"Okinawa Zoo and Museum" is the theme park with Japan's southernmost zoo, participatory and interactive museum, "Furusato-en" that is National Registered Cultural Property, and "Water Field Area", etc.
The zoo houses and exhibits about 150 kinds of animals from around the world and Japan such as elephants, giraffes, and hippopotamus.
There are many animals unique to Okinawa like Yonaguni Horse, so we make a strong effort to guard and breed the rare native species.
In Wonder Museum, participatory and interactive museum, you can enjoy a permanent exhibition which you can touch, play, and learn.
Various workshops, experience programs, and rotating exhibit are also held.
There is also ride corner being popular to children, boats, and "Water Field Area" that you can enjoy fishing.
