Photography
Osaka Castle
The 3rd and 4th floors display important cultural properties, so photography is prohibited. Other than that, you can take photos freely.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum
You can take photos of the stone wall, but please do not take videos due to copyright protection.

Osaka Castle is a museum facility. Please refrain from any of the following behaviors that violate the protection of cultural assets, hinder other visitors' visit, or affect safety.
Please refrain from taking photos in areas where photography is prohibited (except for areas permitted by the facility)
Please refrain from using any photography equipment that may obstruct the view of other visitors.
No eating or drinking allowed
No loud talking
Please do not sit on the floor
Do not use your smartphone while walking
Please do not engage in any disruptive or dangerous behavior
Pets are not allowed in the museum. (Except for guard dogs, guide dogs, and guide dogs for the deaf)

Terms and conditions
Those who are junior high school students or younger can enter for free. Please show your student ID or other valid ID.
Student Ticket are available for high school student and college students (provided proof is required).
Overseas students are requested to present the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) recommended by UNESCO.
Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been placed.
admission ticket can only be used once and cannot be used for repeated entry.
This ticket also allows you to enter the Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum once, but you cannot enter the museum again.
You can purchase admission ticket for up to 10 people at a time. If the number of people entering the museum at the same time decreases, the total number of admission ticket will be used for admission, and no cancellation, change, or refund will be accepted for that quantity of people.

It is not possible to make reservations for the date and time of your visit. There is no time limit for visiting the museum. However, if there are too many people, entry restrictions may be implemented.
