â» Screenshots or paper printouts are invalid.
â» When purchasing multiple tickets at one time, you cannot use them separately. All tickets will be activated at the same time. If you need to use them separately, please purchase them in multiple times.
â» For security verification, the system may require a one-time password (OTP) authentication. The steps are as follows:
Enter the email address to receive the OTP and click Send;
Confirm that the email has received the OTP (the email is sent by "@linktivity.co.jp", and it is recommended to check the spam folder at the same time. If it is not received, it may be an email error. Please re-enter the usage interface through the coupon link);
Enter the OTP in the email into the ticket interface and confirm. After successful verification, the user interface will be displayed (after verification, the OTP will only be sent to this email address and cannot be changed. Please make sure to fill in an email address that can be confirmed on the same day).

How to Use:
Requirements When riding the train, please scan the QR code at the QR code-enabled ticket gates to enter and exit the station. When using a discount facility, please show the QR code display of the ticket you are currently using to the staff.
If the QR code cannot be shown due to reasons such as using the previous/next ticket or equipment failure, you will not be able to receive the discount.
Please note that if you are unable to use the discount due to a facility closure or the QR code not being displayed, we will not accept refunds on the grounds of "facility discount not being used". Each QR code can only be used by one person. It cannot be used on lines of other companies such as Hankyu Railway and Kinki Nippon Railway.
If you travel beyond the valid range, you must actively declare and pay for the ticket when you get off the bus. If the ticket cannot be displayed due to equipment failure, battery exhaustion, unstable network signal, etc., it will be deemed invalid.
Please pay the fare separately before riding, and the extra fees paid during this period will not be refunded. Matters related to ticket usage are subject to the terms of transportation and passenger operating rules of each operating company.
