Terms and conditions
Course duration: 6 hours (9:30 AM3:30 PM, including 1-hour lunch break). If instructor assistance is required for equipment rental, the time will be counted within the course duration.
Please select the corresponding package based on the number of participants. For example, the price remains the same whether 1 or 2 people participate in a 12 person course. Selecting the wrong option may affect normal usage.
Rotating classes: Different team members attend classes in rotation, with fees calculated based on the total number of team members. For example: 2 people in the morning and another 2 in the afternoon will be charged as 4 people.
Extended course: Extension or overtime will be charged at a flat rate of 15,000 per hour.
Peak season: Dec 21, 2025Jan 7, 2026 and Feb 13Mar 1, 2026. Course prices will apply peak season rates during these periods.
Available for ages 3 and up. Children aged 36 must book one-on-one lessons separately and are not eligible for group lessons.
Chinese (Mandarin) courses are taught by native-speaking coaches.
Cable car tickets must be purchased separately. Available for purchase on-site on the day.
Once booked, the class language and schedule cannot be changed. If you need to make changes, please cancel your booking and make a new one.
Please try to book the class with peers of similar skill levels.
- If you are absent without cause on the day of the class and are more than 30 mins late, you will be considered to have forfeited the class and no refund will be provided. If you are late due to personal reasons, the class time will not be extended to make up for the lost time.
To contact your instructor smoothly, please make sure your phone has Internet connection when going to the ski resort.
Snowfield outdoor activities carry risks of injury or death. We recommend that participants and accompanying individuals purchase travel accident insurance, medical insurance, or relevant outdoor activity insurance.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or equipment before, during, or after the course.
We are not responsible for any form of liability for injuries or accidents before, during, or after the course.
Please arrive at the meeting point agreed upon with your instructor at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Make sure to check and bring all necessary ski equipment and clothing. If you incur equipment replacement costs or lose class time due to personal reasons (e.g., not bringing gloves, ill-fitting ski boots, etc.), we will not provide any refund, extension, or make-up time.
For safety reasons during the course, please follow the instructor's advice and instructions. If you repeatedly disregard them (e.g., leaving the group without permission or damaging ski resort facilities), the instructor reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract and course services without refund.
If the customer cancels the course unilaterally for personal reasons (including but not limited to choosing not to attend due to poor weather conditions or personal itinerary changes), no refund will be issued.
In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.), or when the ski resort officially announces closure or cessation of operations, lessons can be canceled with a refund.
If the flight is delayed or canceled, you can cancel the course and get a refund by providing relevant proof.
