Eisa is a Buddhist chanting dance performed during the old Obon festival night to bid farewell to ancestors, representing one of Okinawa's most iconic traditional performing arts. At Ryukyu Mura, you can enjoy their unique rendition of Eisa, which blends traditional Eisa music and dance.

In the evening, youth associations from various regions parade around to the accompaniment of music, drumming and dancing to welcome the spirits of ancestors, praying for a bountiful harvest and family safety.
