By purchasing a ticket and participating the ride, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for a one (1) Skyflyers ride, on the specified date and time stated on the ticket only. OPERATING HOURSMON-WED: from 03:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Last admission 09:30 PM)THU-SUN: from 02:30 PM to 11:00 PM (Last admission 10:30 PM)Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.Cancellation Policy: All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets Conditions and Riders RequirementTickets are valid for a single Skyflyers ride (“ride”) only.Guests must book a timeslot in advance and may participate only during the reserved date and time.Riders must have a minimum height of 120 cm. Riders under 140 cm. must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult. Riders with certain medical conditions, including those with back, neck, or heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, panic disorder, person with a disability, children with special needs, and pregnant individuals, are prohibited.For safety reasons, underweight riders or those who can't be properly secured by the safety restraint will not be permitted to ride.  Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.Terms and conditions as well as operating hours of Skyflyers are subject to change without prior notice.In the event of any dispute, the decision of Asset World Attraction and Retail Company Limited (“AARC”) shall be final.SKYFLYERS — TICKET TERMS CONDITIONS(Operated by Asset World Attraction and Retail Company Limited – “AARC”)1. ACCESSIBILITYSkyflyers is a high-altitude and high-speed attraction that carries inherent risks due to sudden movements, rapid elevation changes, wind-induced rotation, and other unpredictable hazards. The ride may reach heights of over 100 meters, with strong wind effects, and may cause intense physical sensations such as elevated heart rate, body pressure, or vertigo. Serious injuries may occur and could result in injury or death, including but not limited to dizziness, vertigo, motion sickness, fainting, muscle strain, cuts and bruises, falls, fractures, sprains, whiplash, abrasions, concussion, heart attack, heat exhaustion, or permanent disability. Therefore, this ride may not be suitable for all guests.2. RIDER QUALIFICATIONS2.1 Minimum height 120 cm.2.2 Riders under 140 cm must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult.2.3 Riders with Heart or cardiovascular issues, neck, back, or spinal problems, high blood pressure, asthma or respiratory concerns, motion sickness, vertigo, panic disorder, pregnancy, or recent surgery, injury, or mobility limitation preventing proper restraint use are not permitted.2.4 Riders under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.2.5 Riders who cannot be properly secured by the safety lock will not be allowed to ride.3. RIDER SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS3.1 No mobile phones, cameras, hats, glasses or pets allowed on the ride.3.2 Loose items must be stored in lockers or with a non-rider.3.3 Empty all pockets before boarding.3.4 Follow staff instructions at all times.3.5 Failure to comply with the ride rules and regulations including staff instructions will result in denied entry or removal without refund.4. GENERAL PARK RULES4.1 No running, jumping, climbing, or rough behavior4.2 Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times4.3 No smoking, vaping, or open flames4.4 No scooters, skateboards, or bicycles inside4.5 AARC reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone posing a safety risk.5. TICKETS CANCELLATION5.1 Each ticket is valid for one (1) SkyFlyers ride on the specified date and time only.5.2 Advance timeslot booking required5.3 Operating Hours:Monday – Wednesday: 15:00 – 22:00Thursday – Sunday: 14:30 – 23:00Remarks: Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.5.4 Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.5.5 Tickets are non-refundable and not freely transferable. If a ticket needs to be transferred, the rider must contact the admission crew to complete and sign the waiver form before riding. Failure to comply will result in denied access to the ride, and the rider will be solely responsible for any consequences or damage that may occur.5.6 In case of suspension (e.g., weather or technical issues), reschedule or refund is at AARC’s sole discretion.6. SAFE PLACE POLICYSkyFlyers is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all guests.Any guest experiencing harassment, discrimination, or distress may notify staff for immediate assistance.7. WAIVER, RELEASE ASSUMPTION OF RISKBy purchasing a ticket and boarding the ride, guests agree to the following:7.1 Participation involves inherent physical risks, including dizziness, motion sickness, or injury.7.2 Guests assume all risks and dangers related to the ride.7.3 AARC, its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss.7.4 Guests waive the right to sue or make any claim against AARC or its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, and contractors7.5 Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of guests.7.6 Any injury or accident must be reported to staff before leaving the premises.8. DISPUTE RESOLUTIONAll disputes shall be resolved under the Thai Arbitration Institute (TAI) rules unless otherwise required by law.9. MODIFICATION OF TERMSAARC reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions without prior notice. AARC The latest version published at the time of purchase or ride participation shall apply.
