Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the various healing instruments - Gongs or Alchemy Crystal Bowls or Tibetan Singing Bowls and enter a deep state of meditation as the sound and vibration guide you into a theta state of mind. In this highly regenerative meditative state, we allow the sound and vibrations to shift and release stagnant energy and tension accumulated in the bodies. Within this state, your body and mind can go through an optimal healing process. You can restore and rejuvenate your body, heal and recover from illness, and re-wire your brain for greater mental and emotional balance and resiliency. The Theta state of mind can be beneficial for deep relaxation, stress reduction and improved concentration and creativity. Gongs help to reduce stress, liberate emotional blockages, release tension in the body, stimulates the glandular and nervous system. Tibetan Singing Bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, to open the energy flow, eliminate the toxins from the body. The sound with its vibrations can ease mental or emotional pain. The vibration, sound and harmony from the Alchemy Crystal Bowls will go through your body, cleanses out the negative energy accumulated in your mind and body, and retunes your energy field to higher frequency. The high frequency vibration awaken your Third Eye Chakra (Pineal Gland) and open your awareness to access the ultimate stillness within. Physically, it brings about from lightness of being. Mentally, it brings about calmness of the mind and cultivates clarity, and focus. You may experience lucid dreaming, astral travel, or enhanced imagination during the session. *come in comfortable clothing for lying/ sitting down, and bring a water bottle to hydrate yourself.
