The park has several dimly lit and uneven paths, so we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes like sneakers. To avoid mosquito bites, it's recommended to wear long sleeves and pants to minimize exposed skin, and you can also use insect repellent spray. The park is very spacious, so please allow plenty of time for your visit. The parking lot in Nagai Park is expected to be crowded, so please use public transportation. Customers with a disability certificate and one companion can purchase discounted admission tickets. Each person must hold one admission ticket upon entry. (No child discounts available.) Proof of disability must be verified at the entrance, so please enter together with your companion. Disability certificates issued by any country are accepted. A disabled person's Mirallo ID can also be used in place of a disability certificate. · Children (junior high school students and below) must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or above. One guardian can accompany up to 3 children. Free for children under 5 Important Notes for Arrival · This facility is not responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, or other disputes arising from the use of the facility. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased from resellers will not be valid for entry. The facility will not be held responsible in such cases. Some attractions may be temporarily closed due to overcrowding or maintenance. · Some works and their styles may change depending on the season. The venue may temporarily suspend operations due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a storm warning, heavy rain warning, or lightning warning, the activity may be canceled or suspended. If lightning occurs during the activity, please leave the area around trees and take shelter in nearby buildings. If an earthquake with a magnitude of 4 or higher occurs, the activity may be canceled. In case of severe weather conditions that may compromise safety within the park, exhibitions may be canceled or suspended. If the exhibition is canceled, it will be announced on the official website and social media platforms. No refunds will be issued except in cases of business closure. Even if the exhibition is temporarily canceled, we cannot compensate you for your travel expenses to attend. Please visit on the date and time stated on your admission ticket and queue at the entrance for entry. There is no time limit for staying inside the venue after entry. During peak times, you may need to queue outside before entering. Be mindful of heatstroke prevention and take precautions against cold weather. When you leave the waiting queue, make sure your companion stays in the queue. No re-entry after exit. Only service animals are allowed; all other pets are prohibited. Please take care of your valuables. The organizer will not be responsible for any theft or loss. Please be mindful of yourself, your companions, and other guests. This is especially important for guests with children. Parents are responsible for supervising them to ensure a safe activity. Also, wear clothing that covers your skin to prevent insect bites. · Due to the nature of the exhibit, displays may feature flashing lights, bright illumination, or loud sounds. · To ensure the integrity of the exhibits and your safety, do not touch projectors, sensors, lights, or other equipment. Smoking and eating are prohibited in the exhibition space, including chewing gum and other sugar products. Only beverages are allowed. Open flames and smoking are strictly prohibited in the park. · Take your trash home to protect the environment. Wheelchairs are allowed for entry, but due to safety management reasons, some artworks may not be accessible or experienced (as wheelchairs cannot pass through). For details, please call the representative number for inquiries. Guests who are unwell or intoxicated will be denied entry. You may need to present your ID for admission. ID: Driver's license, various insurance cards, student ID, passport, individual number card, and other documents that can verify your name and age. Please follow the instructions of the facility staff. If you do not comply, you may be asked to leave. · You are welcome to take photos, but please do so respectfully, ensuring not to inconvenience other visitors. The use of flash photography or drones is prohibited in the park. Photography is not permitted with the use of monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or other auxiliary equipment. · Media interviews and photography may occur on-site. If you prefer not to be photographed, please feel free to let our staff know. · Commercial photography or interviews are not permitted without prior approval. Please do not enter fenced areas (including ponds) or planted areas within the park. Please do not pick plants. Do not feed birds or other animals. Please do not enter restricted areas (except for exhibition areas).
