Please present your ticket at the ticket office during the regular season. Depending on the crowd conditions, there may be limited admission. This ticket will not shorten any waiting times. This ticket cannot be used with other coupons or discounts. People with disabilities can enter for free by showing their disability certificate (only the person owning the certificate may enter for free; may not be available for guests with disability certificates issued abroad) Please note that there are no elevators in the castle. Only some parts of the castle park may be accessible by wheelchair. Around the park, there are AEDs, slopes, wheelchair rentals, as well as wheelchair and baby-friendly toilets available. Operating hours are subject to change depending on the weather. The castle may close in the event of severe weather conditions. In such cases, we are not liable for any costs incurred by traveling to Tsurugajo Castle. Coin lockers are available for use. Admission is free for children who are not yet in elementary school. Paid parking is available for 360 cars. There are 3 parking areas: Tsurugajo Castle Nishi Demaru Car Park, Tsurugajo Castle South Exit Car Park, and Tsurugajo Castle East Exit Car Park. Please present your ticket at the ticket office during the regular season. 【IMPORTANT NOTICE】The castle area will be off-limits when it undergoes construction from October 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023.
