Sea Bass: Each boat has a limit on the number of passengers. Please note that if all the seats are filled, you can board the next boat. Air Cabin: Please refrain from eating, drinking or smoking in the cabin. Flammable or dangerous items are not permitted on board. Air Cabin: To avoid injuries due to shaking and sudden stops, passengers using a wheelchair or walking aid must be accompanied by at least one adult (ticket required, junior high school student or older) for their safety. Air Cabin: Please avoid the following dangerous actions inside the cabin: -Shaking the cabin -Standing up inside the cabin -Leaning against the door or handrails -Throwing items out of the window Please follow the instructions of the staff for your safety. Air Cabin: We are not liable for any accidents caused deliberately or inadvertently by the customer. The Yokohama Air Cabin One-Way Ticket can be used on any date until December 31, 2022. For customers who purchased the set ticket, two vouchers with QR code will be sent to you after booking is completed. The QR code for each facility is different, so please ensure that the product name on the voucher is correct before showing it to the staff.
