[How to use]

Please go to the designated address to redeem your voucher on the day of your visit.

(4) Show the QR code to the staff at the JR Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit Transportation Information Desk to redeem ticket.

(2) Hiroshima Airport 1F Domestic Arrival Lobby Service Center: 8:00-21:30 (operating hours may change depending on aircraft operations)

(3) Hiroshima Airport 1F International Arrival Lobby Service Center: 30 minutes before international arrival to 1 hour and 30 minutes after arrival * For flights arriving after 20:00, the operating hours are 20:00 to 21:50

(4) JR Hiroshima Station Shinkansen Exit Transportation Information Desk: 9:30~17:30

※THE OUTLETS Hiroshima is not included. Please show your tourist pass to the crew when going to THE OUTLETS Hiroshima.

And pay the fee from the front of the Mitsui Shiroyama Memorial Hill (Mitsui Shiroyama Cemetery) to THE OUTLETS Hiroshima. (As of February 2025: 200 yen)

The tourist pass does not include the Miyajima visit tax.

From October 1, 2023, if you visit Miyajima, you will need to pay a Miyajima visit tax of 100 yen.

Please purchase the "Miyajima Visiting Tax Ticket 100 yen" from the ticket vending machine at the ferry terminal.

Then show your tourist pass at the checkpoint and hand over the 100 yen Miyajima visit tax voucher to the staff.
